No. Quick Team Connect is entirely web-based for team members. They simply scan a QR code provided by the Supervisor or click a link to instantly join a secure shift session via their mobile browser.
Supervisors generate a unique QR code or a short URL for each active shift. When team members scan the code or visit the link, they enter their name and are instantly connected to the dashboard.
It depends on your pricing tier. The Starter tier supports up to 10 active team members per session, Professional supports up to 50, and Enterprise allows for unlimited connections.
A broadcast is a one-way announcement or instruction pushed to all active team members' screens immediately. A poll asks team members a question and allows them to vote or respond in real-time, with results tallying back to the supervisor.
No. Our methodology focuses on eliminating radio chatter and confusion. Team members can report issues directly to supervisors, but peer-to-peer communication is intentionally omitted to maintain focus.
Shift sessions last as long as the supervisor keeps them open. Once the supervisor ends the shift, the session is closed, all connections are severed, and data is wiped from team member phones.
Yes, our top-tier Enterprise plan supports multi-supervisor functionality, allowing multiple managers or lieutenants to co-host a session, receive reports, and send broadcasts simultaneously.
No, team members must provide a name when joining the shift. All incident reports sent to the supervisor are tied to the name the team member provided at sign-in to ensure accountability.
When a shift is formally ended by a supervisor, a final 'End-of-Shift' PDF report containing all actions, reports, and polling data can be downloaded (on eligible plans). Temporary session data is then flushed, leaving no footprint on team members' devices.
We are currently focused on providing the fastest standalone zero-friction experience possible. API access and direct integrations with enterprise ERP systems are planned for future updates.
Yes. All transmissions are secured over HTTPS, and shift data is isolated by session. Because there are no team member accounts or passwords to compromise, our attack surface is significantly reduced.
We offer a 'Starter' tier completely free for small teams. Paid plans begin at $15/month for our Professional tier which unlocks polling and reports, and $40/month for Enterprise scaling.
If a user loses connection, they will automatically be marked 'Offline' on the supervisor's dashboard. Re-establishing cell service or Wi-Fi will automatically reconnect them to the active shift.
