Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Information We Collect
Quick Team Connect ("QTC", "we", "our") collects information necessary to facilitate operational coordination. This includes:
- Account Information: Supervisors provide an email address and password for account creation and authentication.
- Temporary Shift Data: Team members participating in a shift provide temporary, unverified display names solely for identification during the active session.
- Operational Logs: Notes, statuses, poll results, and reports submitted during an active shift.
- Technical Data: Standard server logs, IP addresses, and session identifiers necessary for routing, security, and application performance monitoring.
2. Use of Information
Collected information is strictly used for the provision and maintenance of the Service:
- Facilitating real-time communication and shift management between Supervisors and Team Members.
- Generating post-shift operational reports (PDFs) for the Supervisor.
- Maintaining the security and stability of the application infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your operational data or personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention and Volatility
QTC is designed as a volatile operational tool. Shift data (connected members, live statuses, and temporary assignments) is transient. We make no guarantees regarding the long-term retention of historical shift data. Supervisors are responsible for downloading and archiving necessary PDF reports immediately upon shift completion. We reserve the right to delete inactive shift data and associated logs at our discretion to manage server resources.
4. Limitation of Liability for Data Loss and Security

- Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or disclosure of your data, passwords, or communications.
- Data breaches, server failures, hacking incidents, or actions of third parties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you transmit via QTC complies with your organizational policies and applicable laws.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure
Quick Team Connect utilizes third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting). By using QTC, you acknowledge that your data is processed by these third-party subprocessors subject to their respective privacy policies and security protocols. QTC disclaims any liability for incidents arising directly from vulnerabilities or failures in these third-party systems.
